Current Report: Chest high sets and fun . Not much wind yet , but it will pick up . I guess my stroke was a little too broad , and apparently misinformed ( I am only a surfer and have a little store ). I was informed that one of the major companies DOES NOT manufacture in China , but rather Thailand , like a few others . I am not sure if that was always the case , but it is now. I was also told that work conditions and benefits are great. I can't argue with that.I have never been there.I hope all of that is true , and I am sure it is . I was told so. Look , I have a small shop ,I love handcrafted surfboards , and I love America and what it stands for . Which includes free enterprise . So, imported , low cost,low quality surfboards may not mean much in the big picture , but to me it represents what we are giving up for low cost. It is death by a thousand cuts.
